Sareef is by far the most fresh and most energizing fragrance of the Fiddah collection. It is like a gulp of cool coastal air filled with aromas of coastal vegetation. Its beginning is fresh and aromatic. Bergamot, lemon and cool juniper are like a chilled dry drink. In the heart of the fragrance we discover more aromas including euganol- an interesting organic fragrance molecule found among others in herbs and pine oil. Green and herbal chords are strengthened with cedar wood, cashmeran and leather. In the background we experience even more woody atmosphere composed of vetiver, patchouli and oud, slightly softened with a duo of ambergris and vanilla. Sareef inspires energy, it is perfect for the outdoors as it stimulates and creates an optimistic, friendly aura. It is an exceptionally summer composition with pure male chords – wood and leather. They coexist in perfect harmony in this exceptionally long-lasting Eau de Parfum. Mediterranean labdanum resin, placed in the top notes with a citrus duet of bergamot and lemon, announces that it will not be just another everyday fragrance. Its festive character is deepened by chords of the heart – the aforementioned leather, patchouli and flowers contrasted with them: jasmine, rose and carnation. Warek is the most woody creation in the oriental Fiddah collection which consists of a unisex fragrance with a dominant role of male chords. Its main character is oud – a valuable agar resin obtained from exotic Aguillaria trees. This ingredient smells multidimensionally – mainly woody and smoky, but it can also fall into pharmacy, honey and animal climates. In this composition oud is supported by a whole host of masculine-sounding notes. First- a precious saffron and a light smudge of mystical incense. In the heart – strong guaiac wood, Indian patchouli and an accord of sweet amber. Finally the uncompromising depth of the composition woven from the aforementioned agar resin, leather and vanilla. Is that all that Warek has for us? Absolutely not! There is one more ingredient that affects all the others with its subtle power. It’s a rose! Rose at its best for men! The makers of Arabic perfumes treat this queen of flowers as an ingredient that perfectly matches men’s skin since centuries. And it’s hard to disagree with them. The rose brings juiciness, breathes freshness and adds velvety softness. In Alujain it was combined with creamy iris and geranium – a green shrub often used to deepen the rose’s aroma and bring out some rough, masculine nuances from it. The other pole of this composition by Christian Carbonnel are strong wood notes, so strong and dry that they almost rub against animal chords. Smoky, tobacco sweetness, associated with the mysterious atmosphere of a nightclub where the air is mixed with aromas of quality alcoholic beverages, cigars and perfumes of regular visitors. Fruits, flowers and a pinch of sweet anise perfectly introduce the main theme of this composition – the tobacco and leather duo. The former is fruity and sweet, the latter – as soft as suede. The base of the fragrance is remarkably sweet. It consists of rum accords of tonka bean, dark vanilla, amber amber and sensual musk. Fiddah is an extremely sensual, magnetizing composition.
